Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m a London-based personal trainer.
Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I understand how challenging it can be to fit training into a busy lifestyle. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible, offering sessions in the gym, outdoors, or at home - whatever suits you best.
I have experience in a wide range of areas: from building confidence in the gym and preparing clients for major events, to supporting those managing health conditions, assisting with weight management, building strength, and improving overall fitness. I am here to support, not judge.

A bit about me
I’ve seen so many people grow in confidence through fitness and training, including myself.
Becoming fitter and stronger doesn’t just change how your body looks and functions, it impacts every part of your life. If you can build training habits that fit into your routine you’ll have a much better chance of leading a healthier, happier life.
I’ve always been active and enjoyed sports - movement in its different variations has helped me through so many phases of my life.
I understand what it’s like to feel lost in training, to want results but not know where to start, or to need that extra push of motivation - whatever you’re going through.
When I had a child at a young age, I was determined to get back into better shape than I was in before my pregnancy. At first I relied on cardio, running and dabbled in yoga and pilates classes. Although I enjoyed it, it didn't lead to lasting results or a real body transformation. I wanted to lift weights but I felt insecure in the gym and didn't know where to start. Once I understood weight training, it took my fitness and body to another level. I re-trained as a personal trainer, to share my passion and knowledge, providing people with the tools to move and enjoy their bodies.
Whether a home setup or public place, the gym should be an environment where you feel free to focus on yourself and get into your zone. Training should feel empowering no matter how hard it can be!
